Endorsement commencing with: AC10/AC20/ALL BA/ALL DR/CD40/CD50//CD60/CD70/MS90/CD10/IN10/LC20

More than 8 PTS in the last three years

Minimum hire 24 hours week days. Except Fri, as the return time has to be before 9 AM on Sat regardless the pick up time on Fri.

Week end classified as Saturday and Sunday, latest to return Monday 9 AM.

Late fees £10/hour for the first two hours, then full day charge.

Early drop off available. A1 Holloway is not liable for the vehicle while parked outside office hours.

Mileage restrictions apply:

150 miles/day on daily hire

500 miles for the week end

Unlimited on weekly hire

Mileage charged at 10 pence/mile thereafter.

Vehicles to be returned with same fuel level, extra cost would occur for not refuelling.

Cancelation 48 Hours before pick up, in case of no show full amount will be debited

No cancelation on Minibuses and 7 Seaters

Insurance Excess up to £500 +VAT

Deposit Pre-Authorised for 7 days, the bank is responsible for the duration.

Hirer liability for any road related fines such as Parking fines, C Charge & Dartford crossing.

Failure to report accident result in full excess payment £500 + VAT
