Rental Information
The following information is provided for ease of reference. Full Terms and Conditions are contained in the rental agreement.
Driver Qualification
All drivers must be between 21-70 years old and in possession of a full clean British licence for a minimum of 2 years. Allowance can be made for minor endorsements, please phone office for details.
Inclusive
AA Breakdown & Recovery, Road Tax, Insurances (subject to conditions), unlimited mileage for a weekly hire, 150 mileage limit for a daily hire, and 500 mileage for weekends. Excess mileage is charged at 10p per mile.
Deposit
A credit card deposit of £150 - £250 - £500(subject to vehicle type) is required on start of hire.
Damage Excess
The hirer is responsible for the payment of an excess charge up to the maximum liability of £500 in the event of any damage caused to the rented vehicle.
Fuel
Vehicles are to be returned with same amount of fuel as at the start of hire (on full tank). Failure will lead to an extra charge of £10 excluding the cost of fuel.
Rental Information
Payment
Hire charge and deposit are required in full before commencement of hire. The desposit is required ( not debited from the customer's account )The deposit is required from a Credit or Debit Card. We reserve the right to take the hire deposit which is also subject to vehicle type.
Payment for the hire can either be made by cash or credit card (3% charge will apply on any card).
Weekend Hire
Weekend hire is classified as a two days hire picking up on Saturday morning. Vehicles are normally picked up on Saturday from 09:00 AM and returned before 09:00 AM on Monday. Vehicle can also be collected on Friday evening at an extra cost ( half price the daily rate).
Cancellation Policy:
Once vehicles are reserved, all the arrangements are made to provide a reliable service, no payment will be taken but we expect full commitment as cancelation is not accepted. In certain circumstances we do provide an alternative date for hire if you are unable to pick the vehicle up, please notify us at least 48 hour before.
